Each individual may hold only one registered account with m2cuci. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited pending review.
m2cuci services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or above. Age verification is required. Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific multipliers and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
m2cuci supports Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Withdrawals require verified identity documentation.
Collusion, fraud, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

1.1 In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
1.2 These Terms govern the entire relationship between m2cuci and each Member in respect of the use of the Platform and Services. Additional terms specific to individual promotions, game types, or payment methods shall be read together with these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms applicable to a particular promotion or product shall take precedence over these general Terms in respect of that matter only.
1.3 These Terms are published in English. In the event that m2cuci publishes a translated version, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
2.1 To access the Services, you must complete the m2cuci registration process in full and accurately. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — is true, current, and complete.
2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account with m2cuci. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where m2cuci identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances held subject to review and possible forfeiture.
2.3 m2cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach of these Terms. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.4 Accounts are personal to the registered Member. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any funds held therein. Use of another person's Account, or allowing another person to use your Account, is prohibited.
3.1 By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. m2cuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any deposits made and any winnings accumulated by an underage Member will not be returned.
3.2 If you are aware that a person under 21 is accessing the Platform, please notify m2cuci immediately via live chat support. m2cuci is committed to preventing underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to identify and restrict underage access.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your m2cuci login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. m2cuci staff will never ask for your password.
4.2 You must notify m2cuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. m2cuci will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account that occurs prior to notification, provided that such unauthorised use did not result from m2cuci's own negligence.
4.3 m2cuci strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication on their Account and use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.
5.1 Deposits. m2cuci accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. All deposits are processed in MYR at the prevailing rate.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to Members whose Accounts have been fully verified in accordance with clause 2.3. m2cuci reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to compliance checks.
5.3 All funds deposited into your m2cuci Wallet must be sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. m2cuci may request proof of funds source where reasonably required for anti-money laundering compliance.
5.4 m2cuci does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which m2cuci accepts no liability.
6.1 m2cuci may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of offer.
6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion details.
6.3 m2cuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to an Account and a change is made that materially disadvantages the Member, any Bonus Funds already subject to active wagering shall be honoured under the original terms.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated systems to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and potential Account closure.
7.1 All games available on the m2cuci Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of an individual game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes.
7.2 m2cuci's random number generator (RNG) software, which governs the outcome of non-live games, is independently certified to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the game lobby and represent long-term theoretical averages.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned at m2cuci's discretion. m2cuci accepts no liability for any loss arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where m2cuci has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in prohibited conduct, m2cuci may immediately suspend or close the Account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and retain any funds in the Wallet pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the m2cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the property of m2cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without m2cuci's prior written consent.
10.1 m2cuci collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 m2cuci will not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m2cuci's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 m2cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit m2cuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 m2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides Members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the account settings section at any time.
12.2 If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion facility or contact m2cuci support to discuss the options available to you. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
12.3 m2cuci is committed to preventing access by persons experiencing gambling-related harm. If you require external support, please contact a recognised problem gambling helpline in your region.
13.1 You may close your m2cuci Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
13.2 m2cuci may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In such cases, m2cuci may retain funds in the Account pending investigation.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through m2cuci's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
14.2 m2cuci operates an internal complaints escalation process. Members wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact support via live chat in the first instance. m2cuci will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 days.
15.1 m2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address associated with your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
